1. Is the EB8 legal to ride on European roads?

The EB8 comes with a 25 km/h default assisted speed. However, road-use requirements vary by country, and the EB8's 250W-rated motor falls into the standard 250W e-bike category in some markets. The 45 km/h setting is subject to additional local requirements. Please check the regulations for your country before riding on public roads.

2. Can it really reach 145 km on one charge?

The EB8 is rated for up to 145 km of range under controlled test conditions. Actual range will vary depending on rider weight, assist level, speed, terrain, weather and riding conditions. The 48V 15Ah removable battery can also be charged separately from the bike.

3. Is 250W enough for hills and everyday riding?

With up to 53 Nm of torque, the motor provides useful support for everyday climbs and acceleration.

And the 250W rated motor with up to 1000W peak output, providing additional power when accelerating or riding on inclines. The torque sensor adjusts assistance according to your pedaling input, helping deliver a more natural response instead of simply applying the same level of power all the time.

4. Will the 20" × 4.0" fat tires make the ride more comfortable?

The wide 20" × 4.0" tires provide a larger contact area with the road, helping improve grip and stability on uneven surfaces. The front suspension fork helps absorb bumps and vibration, making the ride more comfortable on everyday roads and mixed surfaces.

5. Does it have enough braking power for a heavy fat-tire e-bike?

The EB8 is equipped with front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, together with brake power cut-off levers. The hydraulic system provides controlled braking with less hand effort, while the power cut-off function stops motor assistance when braking.

6. Is the EB8 practical for everyday commuting and storage?

Yes. The low step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting easier, while the folding design helps reduce the bike's footprint when stored. The removable 48V 15Ah battery can also be taken off the bike for charging, and the rear rack provides practical space for everyday essentials.
