Returns and Refund Policy
Return Period
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@iscooterglobal.eu with your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps for returns. Once the returned item has been received, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@iscooterglobal.eu. We may request photos or videos to assess the issue. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
